Dean Elder joined TriLake Partners’ Marketing Committee after working as Senior Client Relationship Manager for the firm from 2016 to 2019. He is Founder and Director of C3 Connect Consult Collaborate.

Dean has over 30 years of international banking experience gained in the UK, the Channel Islands and Singapore. Before joining TriLake Partners, Dean was a Director at Standard Chartered Private Bank Singapore where he was responsible for managing relationships with globally active foreign nationals. He was previously Senior Vice President at HSBC Singapore where he set up an expatriate client program and held positions in coaching, mentoring and sales performance management and client relationship management. Before that, Dean held various roles with HSBC and Lloyds TSB International in Jersey and in the UK.

Dean holds the Singapore Client Advisor Competency Standards and the Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examination accreditations along with the UK Financial Planning Manager Certificate.
