Adib Fajar, Compliance Officer, joined TriLake Partners in 2025.

Adib is a compliance professional with deep experience in regulatory compliance, internal audits, and anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) within the financial services sector. Prior to joining TriLake Partners, Adib worked at Ingenia Consultants, where he supported a wide range of financial institutions, including fund management companies, trust companies, and crowdfunding platforms.

During his time at Ingenia Consultants, Adib was involved in assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices, as well as assisting financial institutions with customer due diligence, AML/CFT risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.

Adib holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Economics from the Singapore Institute of Management and is fluent in English and Malay.
