Sylvain Baude, Chief Investment Officer and member of the Investment Committee, brings 25 years of market experience across equity, high-yield credit and cross-asset strategies. He began his career at BNP Paribas Asset Management, where he spent six years as an Equity Portfolio Manager before moving to Switzerland to join a billion-dollar multi-family office with a focus on equity and convertible bond investments.

Prior to joining his current role, Sylvain spent 15 years as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at top-tier multi-family offices in Singapore, overseeing the management of thematic and cross-asset investment portfolios and contributing to the firm’s strategic development.

Sylvain holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a Master’s Degree in Finance from Concordia University in Canada, and an MBA in International Finance from IAE France.

He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
